About the Role
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Sampling Agent is responsible for routine sampling, including but not limited to the random, and representative
collection of cannabis and cannabis products submitted for compliance sampling, additional non-random sampling for
Research & Development (R&D) purposes, secured transportation of samples submitted to the laboratory for testing and
maintaining the laboratory’s physical inventory of cannabis and cannabis products, as defined by each state’s regulatory
body. As a client-facing role, the Sampling Agent is expected to exercise reasonable discretion within the performance
