MAINTENANCE AND PLUMBING TECHNICIAN

Demonstrates the skills, knowledge, and ability to effectively troubleshoot/diagnose and address maintenance and

plumbing issues; operates, maintains, repairs, and installs, including but not limited to: pipe systems, plumbing

fixtures, heating fixtures, steam fixtures, regulator valves, and various system elements/appliances; performs routine

and emergency repairs in the hospital, patient rooms, and public areas; completes all work orders in a timely manner
