About the Role
JOB TITLE
The Health First Patient Observer is fully engaged in providing Quality/No Harm, Customer Service and Stewardship by
ensuring quality, timeliness and effectiveness of stroke care delivery for HRMC; by providing supervision/observation of
a patient when he/she requires a Form 52: Baker Act Declaration, Suicide Precautions are indicated, or any time it is
determined that a patient's safety may be jeopardized without supervision/observation.
