Maintenance Coordinator
About the Role
We are currently looking for a FT Maintenance Coordinator to manage facility maintenance for all of our locations
throughout Ocean County. The Coordinator will work to repair major and minor issues on our properties, oversee a crew of
maintenance staff and ensure timeliness and accuracy of jobs. The Coordinator will also be responsible and a point of
contact for after-hours, emergency on-call issues. The successful candidate will submit estimates and invoices for major
repair work, following all outlined agency protocol. They will work to maintain the outside landscapes of all agency
property. They will be responsible for the installation and completion of minor repairs to appliances, furniture, office
