About the Role
Purpose of Your Job Position
The primary purpose of your job position is to load, operate and clean the dishwasher and maintain sanitary conditions
in the work area in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations,
with our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Assistant Food Services Director and/or Food
Services Director, to assure that quality service is provided at all times.
