Purpose of Your Job Position
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide residents with attractive palatable meals and serve them in a
clean, safe, sanitary and polite manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards,
guidelines and regulations, with our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Assistant Food
Services Director and/or Food Services Director, to assure that quality food service is provided at all times.
